Oh man, that is such an easy hole to fall into. I did the same thing for like a year, and the funny part is those random diary entries ended up being way more fun to look back on than the actual task lists. Like I can see exactly what I was stressing about in October and it's honestly kind of sweet now. You could just lean into it and make it a mood tracker too, put a tiny weather doodle next to the date so future you knows what kind of day it was.
