My Sunday bujo ritual is the best thing I added this year
Every Sunday, I spend 20 minutes setting up my bullet journal for the week. I draw a simple calendar spread and list my top three goals. This helps me focus on what's important and not get overwhelmed. Now, I feel more in control of my time.

Do you ever feel like we're all just searching for small ways to slow down and make our own order? Your post really hits on something I see everywhere now. It's like people are building little pockets of structure to fight how crazy and busy everything feels. That simple act of planning your week is a quiet way to take back some control.

Started keeping a paper planner last year just to block out time for stupid simple things like making coffee or reading for twenty minutes. @beths93, you're totally right that it's about building those little pockets to push back against the noise. It felt silly at first but now those small blocks feel like anchors in the week. Giving myself permission to schedule downtime made the open time feel less like something I was wasting.

Oh please, next they'll start selling planners for structured rebellion. We've officially scheduled our downtime.
