Pro tip: don't try a new layout during a crazy work week

Last Monday I decided to switch up my monthly spread with a whole new tracker system, right before I had 5 root canals scheduled. By Wednesday the whole thing was a mess of scribbled out tasks and frustrated doodles. How do you guys handle testing new layouts without wrecking your whole month?
