Question about that Louis CK apology from a few years back
Ngl I used to think his apology was fake because he waited so long. But my buddy Mike brought up a good point last week, he said 'if you apologize right away people say you're just trying to save your career, but if you wait they say it's too late.' That kinda hit different for me honestly. Still not sure if he should be forgiven or not, but it made me wonder if we're ever actually looking for a real apology or just punishing people for timing. Has anyone else changed their mind about a celeb apology after talking to someone?

My cousin went through the same thing with the Johnny Depp Amber Heard stuff. She was totally on one side then her roommate sat her down and showed her some things she missed and now she's not sure what to think. I think we all get locked into our first opinion and it takes someone we trust to make us really look at it again. Did your buddy Mike change your mind completely or just make you stop and think?
