Saw a famous chef's apology video at a diner in Austin

Went to this hole-in-the-wall diner called The Yellow Rose last week. The TV was playing some chef's apology for yelling at his staff on a live stream. Do we buy these quick video apologies or should people wait a bit before forgiving them?
