Showerthought: The 'I was young' apology only works if the person was actually young.
Checked the dates on that comedian's old tweets, and they were 28, not 18. Anyone else have a hard cutoff age for when that excuse stops working?

Remember when we all thought 30 was ancient? My buddy was freaking out about turning 28, saying his life was basically over. Then he randomly signed up for a pottery class last year, met his now fiance there, and just switched careers. It's funny how much can change in just a couple years when you're not even expecting it. He says he was just getting started back then.
