Every time a celebrity apology drops I used to just read the statement and go with my gut, which was useless, so last month I started a notes file with 3 columns: what they actually did, the exact date they did it, and what they said they'd do next. I did this for 6 apologies in April and only 1 had a real action attached, so does anyone else track promises like this or am I just being too harsh?
