That actor's apology after the 2021 texts leak, real or damage control?
I keep going back and forth on this one. When those texts from 2021 surfaced showing him using slurs, he posted a 3 paragraph apology within 48 hours and donated $50k to a charity in Atlanta. But then his next movie promo tour started and he only talked about it once, on a late night show in October, before moving on. Compare that to how another celeb handled a similar scandal, she did a full podcast interview, took questions from critics, and actually met with community leaders for 6 months after. Is the shorter one more genuine because he didn't drag it out, or is that just a PR team cutting losses? What makes an apology feel real to you all?

So you think the 48 hour apology felt more real just because it was quick?
