That apology from the YouTuber who faked a charity stream felt way too scripted
I watched the whole 12 minute video he posted last night. He kept using the same phrases over and over like "I take full responsibility" but never actually said what he did wrong with the money. My buddy counted 4 times he said he was "learning and growing." Does that sound real to anyone else or just me?

Honestly, is this really that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things... like @josephbailey said, actions speak louder but also people mess up sometimes and move on. He posted a video, we watched it, maybe just let it go.

Yeah I remember a guy from my college did something similar with a fundraiser. Kept saying all the right buzzwords but never actually showed receipts for where the money went. Actions speak louder than scripted apologies for sure.

@josephbailey, it stings even more when the person seemed so smooth and polished while pulling it off.
