TIL the apology video formula changed after a friend told me I was doing it backwards
A friend who runs a small PR shop in Boise told me I always front load the excuses before the actual sorry, so now I put the apology in the first 20 seconds. Has anyone else gotten feedback like that and actually seen a difference in how people react?

Front loading excuses was my go to until I flipped it, way fewer angry replies now.
