Finally fixed my pour-over after 6 months of bad brews
I was at my kitchen counter last Tuesday watching a third cup come out bitter and thin, so I ground my beans way coarser and cut my water temperature by about 10 degrees, and the flavor finally balanced out - has anyone else struggled with getting the grind size just right?
