Found a hand grinder at a thrift store in Tulsa, now I'm chasing the dragon
Last weekend I grabbed this beat-up old hand grinder for $8 at a Goodwill in Tulsa, not expecting much. After 3 days of cranking, I honestly get why people obsess over burr quality at 2 AM, it's like a weird meditation. Has anyone else stumbled onto a random piece of gear that pulled you deeper into the rabbit hole?

The whole "weird meditation" thing hit home, I found a rusty old French press at a yard sale last year and now I'm grinding beans by hand at 6 AM like it's some kind of ritual. Burr quality is real, man, it changes everything.
