I always thought coffee was just a morning drink

I read a study from the National Coffee Association that said 48% of coffee drinkers have their last cup after 3 PM. I found it on their website last Tuesday. I used to think having coffee past noon would ruin my sleep, so I'd only drink it before 10 AM. Now I've been trying a small cup around 4 PM while I work, and I still sleep fine. It's been a real game changer for my late afternoons. Has anyone else switched up when they drink coffee and noticed a difference?

Guess my body treats coffee like a suggestion box it just ignores.

Ever try cold brew for your afternoon cup? It's smoother and seems to hit different, less of that jittery edge. I switched to that and it totally fixed my late day crash.
