The $35 thermal cap I used to clown on is now my go to

I always thought those heated caps were gimmicks for at home color processing, but after 3 bad foils left my client's hair uneven, I tried it for a deep conditioning treatment and the results were night and day. Anyone else sleep on this kind of gear and then flip after one rough appointment?

Isn't it funny how we only break out the stuff we mocked when desperation hits and suddenly it's a miracle tool? That's basically how I ended up loving a cheap garment steamer I swore was useless.
