Hit prompt #500 last Tuesday and now I cannot decide if saving them all is smart or just hoarding
I started writing one prompt a day in a beat up notebook back in January 2023, and last Tuesday I wrote number 500 while sitting at a diner in Akron waiting on a burger. Half of me says I should burn the notebook because reading old prompts just makes me rewrite them instead of starting new stuff, but the other half thinks those 500 lines are the only reason I finally finished 12 short stories this year. Do you keep every prompt you write or do you toss the bad ones and only save the winners?
