Catching a deep fake from 3 years ago made me question my own eyes

Last week I was scrolling through old clips of that 2021 press conference in Austin and something felt off about the way the mayor blinked, so I slowed it down frame by frame. The lighting on his neck didn't match his face the whole time, and once I saw that I couldn't unsee it. Has anyone else gone back to older footage they trusted and found stuff that just doesn't hold up?
