Honestly the "lips not matching the words" one gets me every time. I've seen videos where the mouth is clearly off by half a second and people still believe it. That's the biggest tell for me because our brains are wired to catch that mismatch. The weird lighting and shadow stuff matters too but nothing beats bad lip syncing.

Right?! Saw one where the lip flop was so bad it looked like a dubbed kung fu movie.

dubbed kung fu movie lol thats a good way to put it. i get what you mean but honestly i think people get too worked up over lip syncing. like yeah its off sometimes but who cares that much? if the content is interesting i barely even notice. the whole thing feels like a nitpick to me. definitely not the biggest tell in the world either.
