Fell for a fake Obama deepfake for 20 minutes, my buddy caught it by the ears

So last weekend I'm at my cousin's place in Philly, scrolling my phone while she cooks, and I see this clip of Obama giving some wild speech about pineapple on pizza being a crime against humanity. I'm laughing, sending it to everyone, my cousin comes over and watches it twice, then goes 'look at his left ear when he turns his head'. I replayed it and sure enough the ear kind of warped and shifted for like half a second. I felt so dumb because I literally teach people to check the hands and teeth, I never even thought about ears. Anyway now I check ears on every political clip, even obviously fake ones. Has anyone else had a tell that completely blindsided them?
