Just caught a deep fake by watching the eyebrows

I always thought fake videos had obvious glitches around the mouth. Then I read a guide about how eyebrow movements often don't match the speaker's emotion. I started looking for that, and sure enough, it tipped me off to a political ad last week. Now I check eyebrows first every time.

Which specific fake did you catch with the eyebrow trick?

That "weird, flat tone" is the real killer. I once got fooled by a video that looked perfect, but the voice just had zero feeling behind the words. Now I always listen with my eyes closed for a second first.

Seriously, I get your point that checking a few things at once is smarter.

Honestly, have you found the eyebrow trick to be that reliable? Tbh, I feel like focusing on just one thing can miss the bigger picture. I've seen some fakes where the eyebrows look fine but the lighting on the face is all wrong compared to the room. Sometimes the voice has a weird, flat tone that gives it away way more than the face. Ngl, I think you gotta check a few things at once to really be sure.
