That video of the mayor in Ohio last month turned out to have 3 different lip sync errors I noticed

I spotted it because the shadows on his tie kept shifting wrong between cuts, and when I slowed it down to half speed the mouth movements were off by about 4 frames, has anyone else caught similar tells in those quick-cut political clips?

Yeah @nancy_king29 you ever notice how hard it is to spot these things on first watch? The tie shadow thing is a dead giveaway though, I caught a similar one in a state senator's ad where the light on his desk lamp flipped sides between shots. Once you start looking for the frame offsets in the mouth movements it's like you can't unsee it.

Honestly, that's the kind of eagle-eye stuff I miss every time I try to catch my own reflection on a Zoom call. Ngl, I once spent 20 minutes tweaking a listing video and nobody even noticed the crooked sign in the background. Tbh, your attention to detail is way better than mine, I probably would've just nodded along and moved on.
