The hand movement trick people keep missing

I kept seeing people say look at the eyes for blinking, but last week I noticed a deep fake of a politician where the hands moved in perfect sync with the voice but the fingers never overlapped each other, so now I check that first and it's caught three fakes already how do you spot hand issues?

Oh man you're totally onto something with the hands. I caught a fake of a CEO giving a speech and his left hand kept clipping right through his right hand like it was made of smoke. Nobody else was talking about it because they were all focused on the face. Once you start watching the hands you can't unsee the weirdness. The fingers never touch or overlap naturally in the bad ones. It's like their hands are scared of each other or something.
