Took me 3 hours to verify a 20 second clip of a senator in Denver
The lip sync was too clean and the shadows were wrong, but what actually burned my time was checking the reflection in his glasses against the room's ceiling lights, has anyone else got stuck on a tiny detail like that while the obvious tell was right in front of them?

Ngl, I’ve definitely done similar stuff, zooming in on a watch face or a hair strand, while the whole clip is just obviously stitched together. But real talk, is it even worth that much time? Most people scrolling aren't gonna notice the ceiling lights, they just watch the mouth move. You're basically doing forensic work for a crowd that just wants the quick gotcha, so maybe save the deep dive for when the whole thing actually looks legit.
