Heard a nursing home aide speak at a town hall last Tuesday

I was set on moving my dad into a facility near us, but a 20-year aide named Carol described how they're down 4 staff per shift and can't even get residents bathed before lunch. Made me rethink everything about what's actually happening day to day. Has anyone else been swayed by talking to frontline workers instead of administrators?

idk, I mean Carol probably has a point but admin also has to deal with budgets and regulations. Maybe the real issue is nobody wants to pay enough for staffing.

@wendy_henderson21 I read a study saying most nursing homes spend more on admin than care, which kinda backs up Carol.
