Digital declutter hit different when I counted my actual app usage

I used to think I was pretty good about keeping my phone clean, deleting stuff I didn't use. Last weekend I sat down and actually checked my screen time stats for the past 30 days. Turns out I had 18 apps I hadn't opened once, and another 4 I used for less than 2 minutes total. So I forced myself to delete all of them, cold turkey, no backup. It's been about a week now and I honestly don't miss any of them. I even stopped checking my phone as much because there's less clutter to scroll through. Has anyone else done a hard delete like this and actually felt a difference in your daily headspace?

Glad it worked for you bro, I did the same thing last month and my brain feels way less fried now.

My friend swears by it too, @robert_ross95, said it changed everything for him.

Wait, did your friend actually try the same thing Robert did or was it something different? I only ask because people say "it changed everything" about all kinds of stuff these days and it gets confusing. Just wanna make sure we're all talking about the same thing before I get too excited.
