Hit 50 customer reviews on my cleaning business page yesterday
Started my own house cleaning company in Portland about 8 months ago. Wasn't expecting much. But hitting 50 reviews with a 4.8 average surprised me. Has anyone else noticed that small milestones like that actually bring in more business than any ad?

50 reviews isn't really a big deal" - have you actually run a local service business in a competitive city like Portland though? In my experience, 50 organic reviews with a 4.8 average is legit impressive, especially in 8 months. Most cleaning companies around here struggle to get 20 in a year because people just don't bother leaving feedback. But here's my real question for you: out of those 50 reviews, how many of them mention specific things like "they showed up on time" or "didn't miss any spots"? I've noticed those detailed reviews are way more powerful for bringing in new customers than just a star rating.
