Nasal breathing before bed: fad or future?
I tried this for a few weeks after hearing about it online. It helped me fall asleep faster by calming my mind. The idea is to breathe slowly through your nose to reduce stress. I think it's based on real science, so it could last.

Yeah, my mom was always on about nose breathing when I was a kid and got upset. Guess she was onto something.

But come on, is mouth breathing really that big of a deal? People have been doing it forever. You get a cold and your nose is stuffed, you have to breathe through your mouth. I did it all through soccer practice as a kid and I turned out fine. It just seems like another thing for people to worry about now.
