Unpopular opinion: Hurrying fence posts costs you days later

I see crews pour concrete and hang panels the same afternoon. How many callbacks does that save, really?

Have you ever checked those fences a year later? Concrete needs time to cure properly, or the whole post can shift. That rush job might look fine at first, but what happens after the first big storm or freeze?

So what kind of shift are we talking, like leaning or actually coming loose? Makes you wonder if @phoenix_singh25 is right about the cure time being the real problem.
